Blackbird Woodfire

Blackbird Woodfire is a family-run restaurant known for handmade woodfired pizzas made with North Dakota wheat and milled flour. The menu also includes small plates such as hummus with wood-fired pita, a cheese plate and Mediterranean meatballs, along with salads and a rotating selection of local and regional craft beer on tap.

Design-your-own pizzas are limited to three toppings to protect the crust, and specialty pies like the Blue Crush and the Lumberjack are also available. Gluten-free pizza bowls are dine-in only. Both dine-in and to-go orders are offered, and pick-up orders can be placed online. The Bird at Brewhalla location in North Fargo is open seven days a week, and the downtown Broadway location keeps a shorter schedule.
