Spine Strong PT

Spine Strong PT is a physical therapy practice focused on spine care, including conservative management of scoliosis, kyphosis, back pain and other musculoskeletal problems. Its treatment combines extensive manual therapy with Schroth-based training, and the practice also works with active adults between 45 and 80, along with athletes and exercisers who want to move from rehab to performance.

Patients usually start with a free consultation and a 60-minute initial assessment, then work through a plan of about 12 visits over three to six months, with a week-by-week home program and check-ins between visits. The clinic is located inside Greener Postures on Gray Road in Falmouth, and the team will travel to a gym or training facility for on-site rehab.
