Caroline Bowman, RD, LD

Caroline Bowman is a registered dietitian nutritionist and licensed dietitian who works with clients on intuitive and mindful eating without diets or calorie counting. Her specialties include eating disorder recovery, PCOS, women's health, perimenopause and menopause, and neurodivergent nutrition. She also offers small group nutrition classes and customizable nutrition workshops for fitness studios, companies and events.

Individual sessions are available in her Falmouth office at 19 Northbrook Drive, and she also sees clients by telehealth across Maine and many other states. She accepts several insurance plans in-network, including Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Harvard Pilgrim, Maine Community Health Options and UnitedHealthcare, and can provide a superbill for out-of-network benefits. Cash rates are also available.
