Flash Clean

Flash Clean is a residential and commercial cleaning company that also offers carpet cleaning and special cleaning requests. Its founder, Shadi Sarkis, previously worked in management for several large companies and focuses on customer satisfaction, and the team includes an office manager who handles client service questions.

Flash Clean offers free estimates by phone and a satisfaction guarantee: clients who feel the cleaning fell short are asked to report it within 24 hours so the crew can redo the work. The company uses cleaning supplies it describes as safe for pets and household members. Its listed address is on Leesburg Pike in Falls Church, and the site says it serves a range of northern Virginia and Maryland communities including Vienna, McLean, Tysons, Arlington, Reston and Bethesda.
