Harmony Day Spa

Harmony Day Spa has served Caldwell since 2003, focusing on science-based skincare, therapeutic massage and body treatments. Signature Harmony Foundation Facials, painless waxing and cupping are among the offerings, and the spa also sells a selection of handpicked spa essentials. The team includes estheticians and licensed massage therapists, and staff are nationally and state certified, CPR certified and background checked.

Appointments are required, and a credit card is needed to reserve. Gift card bookings are made by phone rather than online. Couples massages are offered on Fridays and Saturdays, and weekday group appointments are limited. New clients complete a digital intake form before their first visit, with paper copies available at the spa. The spa is on the first floor on Smull Avenue near Bloomfield Avenue, is fully accessible, and stays open until 8 PM on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
