Fairfax-Family-Pt

Fairfax Family PT is a physical therapy practice that works with patients of all ages, from newborns to older adults. The clinic treats sports injuries, post-operative care, chronic pain, spinal dysfunction and general orthopedics, and offers orthotic fitting and fall-risk screening. It also runs a workers' compensation program that covers acute injury management, return-to-work programming and ergonomic work site assessments.

The practice was started in 2004 by Krystal Jenness and her daughter Melissa Laflin, and it has a newer aquatic center used in rehabilitation. Hours are weekday mornings and afternoons, with the office closed on Fridays and weekends. The office is on Main Street in Fairfax, Vermont.
