Clover Contracting

Clover Contracting is a plumbing and mechanical contractor that handles HVAC and plumbing work from new installations through ongoing maintenance. Its commercial crews have worked on projects such as the Wegmans in Alexandria, where the team installed over a mile of underground plumbing and more than four miles above ground, and a Hyatt property at Monument View in Arlington. The service list also covers furnace and AC repair, water heaters, drain cleaning, sump pumps and sewer work.

The company reviews estimates early, with its estimating team putting together a proposal before work begins, and it offers maintenance programs alongside full installations. Team members are on call 24/7 for any HVAC, plumbing or mechanical work, and several hold USGBC LEED accreditation or Green Advantage certification. The main office is on Lee Highway in Fairfax, with a second location in Gainesville.
