UNBELIEVEGAN

Unbelievegan serves vegan comfort food with global fusion touches. Its best-known dish is the Loaded Philly, a cheesesteak-style sandwich with sautéed veggies, jackfruit and melted vegan cheese, and the menu also includes Alfredo Shrimp Pasta, Crab Cakes and Soul Rolls. The restaurant began in 2021 as a pop-up tent before moving into a sit-down space run by the Beasley family.

Most mains come with two sides, except the pastas, and many dishes are gluten free or can be made that way. Some dishes contain nuts or mushroom, so guests with allergies should note them in their order. Reservations and online ordering are available. The space is upscale and eclectic, suited to family dinners, business meetings and date nights, and it is in Fairburn.
