The Main House Events

The Main House Events is a historic event venue in downtown Fairborn, housed in a restored 1800s home that was moved from the former village of Osborn. It is known for its original woodwork and Victorian architecture, and it hosts weddings, receptions, celebrations of life, corporate meetings, showers and private parties.

The venue has over 1,800 square feet across multiple rooms and offers 32 parking spaces plus nearby free public parking. Outside caterers can use a prep kitchen, though there is no stove, so food must be prepared in advance. Clients pay a deposit of half the total cost, with the balance due at least 30 days before the event, and payment plans are available. A 10% military discount applies to active duty and retired military with a valid ID.
