Jubie's Creamery

Jubie's Creamery is a hand-dipped ice cream shop that makes its ice cream in small batches. The menu runs from crowd favorites and specialty flavors to soft serve custard and dairy-free options, with seasonal flavors like Pumpkin Pie and S'mores. The shop has earned several North American Ice Cream Association awards, including Flavor of the Year 2025 for its Hot Honeycomb flavor.

Jubie's has locations in Fairborn and Troy, Ohio, and the Fairborn shop is the one at 471 W. Dayton-Yellow Springs Road. Gift cards and a rewards program are available, and the business also sells wholesale. Founders Stacey, Fred, and Julie opened the shop in 2018 after a family recipe turned into a business idea.
