acac Fitness & Wellness

acac Fitness & Wellness is a membership gym offering group exercise, aquatics, personal training and racquet sports, along with a spa and recovery area that includes cold plunges, saunas and steam rooms. The Exton club is the Eagleview location, part of a group of clubs across southeastern Pennsylvania, Virginia and South Carolina.

Kids Zone provides supervised childcare for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years while parents work out on-site, and there are summer camps and swim lessons for young people. Medical wellness programs help members with health needs add fitness safely, and on-site physical therapy clinics serve people recovering from injury or surgery. Yoga, Pilates and barre classes are also part of the schedule.
