Chinook Services

Chinook Services has been cleaning exteriors for homes and businesses since 2001, starting with gutter cleaning in Everett and later expanding across the Seattle region. Its core work includes window cleaning that covers screens and skylights, gutter cleaning, roof moss removal using soft washing, pressure washing, and dryer vent cleaning. Holiday light installation is offered as a seasonal service, and the company also takes on commercial exterior work.

Crews are employed directly by the company rather than subcontracted, and they arrive in clearly marked service trucks. Quotes can be requested through an online estimate tool or by phone. The company offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee and a five-year no new moss warranty on asphalt shingle roof cleanings. The business is licensed, bonded and insured. Its office is in Everett, with a second location in Kenmore, and the sister company The Maids handles interior house cleaning.
