Wild Light Yoga Center

Wild Light Yoga Center offers yoga, meditation and functional fitness classes for all abilities, ages and body types, with no experience required. The studio also runs private lessons, workshops, retreats, events and a 200 hour teacher training program.

Classes are organized around a few themes: grounding in the basics of asana, classes aimed at everyday wellness, and workshops and events that deepen a student's practice. Special events on the calendar include handstand workshops, restorative yoga evenings and sound baths. The studio is at 820 Charnelton Street in Eugene, and visitors are encouraged to reach out by email or phone with questions.
