Design-build remodels, additions and outdoor spaces in Eugene785 Grant St, Eugene, OR
Rainbow Valley Design & Construction is a design-build firm in Eugene that handles both the design and the construction of new homes, remodels, additions, kitchens and baths, outdoor spaces, and studios or accessory dwelling units. Founded in 1971 by a designer and a group of carpenters, the company has grown into a firm of about 50 people led by a core of seven partners. Its work includes covered patios, guest houses, and landscaped remodels.
Because one team handles design and construction from start to finish, clients deal with a single firm rather than separate architects and contractors. Rainbow Valley offers a five-year warranty on its work and is known for sustainable building, including Lane County's first LEED Certified Home. The office is at 785 Grant Street in Eugene.
