Locally roasted coffee and fresh-baked pastries in Eugene00 pm Jaqua University of Oregon 1615 E 13th Ave, Eugene, OR
Palace Coffee Roasters roasts its coffee in Eugene every week and serves it alongside fresh-baked pastries. The beans are sourced directly from farmers in El Salvador, and the company says it works with those growers in their communities. Founder and owner Lisa Truelove started in coffee more than two decades ago at Full City Coffee Roasters, and in 2020 she rebranded a long-standing Eugene coffee institution as Palace.
The main café is downtown on Pearl Street. There is also a location at Jaqua on the University of Oregon campus, open on weekdays during the school year, and a café on Coburg Road. A third café sits on the third floor of the Northwest Specialty Clinics building at Riverbend, reached by skybridge. Palace also runs a mobile café that can be booked to bring coffee to you.
