P & P Therapeutic Counseling Services

P & P Therapeutic Counseling is a counseling practice led by a licensed marriage and family therapist and has been operating since 2006. The practice works with individuals, couples and families on depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, life transitions, and substance addiction, using cognitive behavioral therapy to build coping skills and shape a treatment plan around each client's concerns. Couples work draws on the Gottman method, which focuses on commitment, communication and cooperation.

Sessions are by appointment only, Monday through Thursday, and the office offers telehealth visits only, so there is no walk-in office to visit. Individual, couples and family sessions run 50 minutes, and the practice accepts OHP, PacificSource, Tri-West and Blue Cross plans, with self-pay options as well. The therapist works from a Christian faith-based perspective for clients who want to grow in their relationship with God. The office is in Eugene, Oregon.
