Lane Electric Cooperative

Lane Electric Cooperative is a member-owned electric utility based in Eugene. The cooperative runs an outage center with an outage map, along with a Member Assistance Program that relies on voluntary member donations to help households facing financial hardship. Its scholarship program supports students, including those training for the trades.

Members can start, stop or transfer electric service, estimate costs with a bill estimator, and pay bills online or by phone. Energy programs cover heat pumps, heat pump water heaters, weatherization and rooftop solar. Wildfire and generator safety guides are posted on the site, and the main office is open Monday through Thursday.
