Get Fungi

Get Fungi is a family-owned mushroom farm that grows fresh gourmet mushrooms in Oregon. The lineup includes blue, pink, gold and snow oyster mushrooms along with golden enoki, and the farm also publishes mushroom recipes on its website. The grow process starts with purchased mycelium that is cultivated on grain and then on a substrate of alder sawdust and soy hulls until the mushrooms are picked for sale.

Mushrooms are sold at the Lane County Farmers Market in Eugene and at Salem community markets, with market days listed on the site. Free delivery is offered to restaurant and grocery customers. The farm says it is in the process of becoming organic certified and sells varieties that are hard to find elsewhere.
