Forrest Paint

Forrest Paint is a locally owned paint manufacturer and paint store in Eugene, Oregon, making its own interior and exterior paints, primers, stains, enamels and specialty coatings in-house. Its line includes finishes such as matte, satin and eggshell, primers for drywall, bare wood and oil-based surfaces, semi-gloss and fast-dry acrylic enamels, and Peel Seal for surfaces with partly peeling paint. The company also offers color matching, including matches for colors brought in from other stores or online pictures.

The paint store on McKinley Street helps homeowners and contractors choose colors and finishes, and staff will talk through a project in person or by phone. Customers can bring in photos or ideas for color help, and the store can refer homeowners to painting contractors for larger jobs. Forrest Paint has been in business since 1973, and the hours are weekdays with the store closed on weekends.
