Drop Bear Brewery

Drop Bear Brewery brews stouts, browns, pilsners, saisons, IPAs and hazy ales, and pours limited experimental batches on its Xpermental taps, which might be wild yeast, a mixed fermentation or Scandinavian kveik. The kitchen serves pizza and other dishes built on global flavors, and the beer and food are meant to be enjoyed together.

The brewery takes online orders and reservations, and it hosts private events, holiday parties and catering for groups. It is open Wednesday through Sunday, with later evenings on Friday and Saturday, and closed Monday and Tuesday. You will find it on Willamette Street in Eugene.
