Aisling Truck Academy

Aisling Truck Academy is a commercial truck driving school that trains entry-level students for Class A CDL licenses and also offers refresher classes. The school was started by Bud and Cathy Williams, who ran a trucking company and drove freight before opening the academy, and the program focuses on the job itself rather than only the state test. Bud and Cathy are former third-party CDL examiners for the State of Oregon.

The academy has campuses in White City and in south Eugene on Highway 99, and the instructors include Bud, Cathy, Dean Hankins, Connor Allan, Lann Ringling and Shelly Woolliscroft. Weekday hours run from 8 AM to 5 PM with weekends closed, and prospective students are asked to submit an application and a pre-enrollment questionnaire before starting.
