Action Automotive

Action Automotive is an auto repair shop on West 6th Avenue in Eugene, founded in 1994 by owner Craig Matthew. Its ASE Certified technicians work on foreign, domestic and hybrid vehicles, handling brakes, electrical problems, oil changes, engine and transmission repairs, suspension and steering, cooling systems and hybrid diagnostics.

Appointments can be booked online or by phone. The shop offers a free shuttle, early and night vehicle drop-off, and low-cost rental cars for customers waiting on their repairs. Work is covered by a 1-year/12,000-mile warranty. The shop is open Monday through Thursday, with a closed Friday through Sunday, though callers can still reach the team to schedule service. It serves drivers in Eugene, Springfield, Creswell, Cottage Grove and Junction City.
