ONeil Fine Builders

O'Neil Fine Builders designs, builds, renovates and restores homes, with work that includes home additions, bathroom and kitchen remodels, and handyman jobs. Jim O'Neil started the firm in 1990 after about 15 years in the trade, and it has grown into a family business with his sons working alongside him. The company keeps architects and design professionals on its team, so design and construction are handled together.

Projects range from small updates to large additions, including older homes. Start by calling the office or using the contact form to set up an appointment for an estimate. The firm is based at 129 Belcher St. in Essex and says it serves Beverly, Manchester, Wenham, Essex and nearby areas on the North Shore. Its builders are licensed and fully insured.
