Vermont Cider Lab makes fresh pressed hard cider in Essex, Vermont, using ingredients from local farms. The lineup includes year-round ciders, a Small Orchard Series, seasonal releases, and a Barrel-Aged Series. The ciders are served in the taproom, and the team highlights locally sourced product from around the state.
The taproom is open Wednesday through Friday from 4 to 9 PM, Saturday from 1 to 9 PM, and Sunday from 1 to 6 PM, and it is closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
