Superior Ready Mix

Superior Ready Mix makes and delivers concrete for residential and commercial jobs, along with colored concrete, masonry block, shotcrete and interlocking concrete block. The Escondido plant is one of several Superior locations, and the company also sells asphalt and building materials. Its roots go back to 1958, when it started in Escondido as Escondido Ready Mix Concrete with one small plant and a few mixer trucks.

Customers place orders by phone at 760-690-5700 and can request an estimate through the company's website. The company says it serves San Diego, Riverside and Imperial counties, and it sells precast concrete equipment as well. The plant sits on West Mission Road in Escondido.
