Cal Luce Termite Control

C.A. Luce Termite Control handles termite inspections, treatments and wood rot repair for homes and commercial properties. Its work includes subterranean termite treatments, tent fumigation with Vikane gas, and repair of exposed wood such as fascia boards, door and window casings and patio covers. The company says it uses environmentally safe products and bases treatment recommendations on infestation, age and location.

The company is locally owned and based in Escondido, serving San Diego County. Inspections are recommended at least every two years, and free limited homeowner inspections and estimates are offered. Repair work carries a one-year warranty. Tenting customers can also ask about a video monitoring system for fumigated properties. Emergency calls are handled by separate lines listed on the site.
