TRT of Erie

TRT of Erie provides hormone therapy for women and men, with individualized care aimed at symptoms and treatment goals. The practice also offers medical weight loss, wellness and vitamin and amino acid options, HGH and anti-aging care, peptide options and sexual wellness services.

New patients can start by downloading or completing a patient form, which covers medical history and a hormone health intake for men or women. Forms are sent by email, and the office notes that email may not be secure for sensitive health information, so it is worth asking about other submission methods. The office is at 1623 West 26th Street in Erie and has served Erie for more than 28 years, according to its site. Appointments and questions can be handled by phone or text.
