Real estate in Erie

Real estate businesses help people buy, sell, rent and lease property, and many also handle the paperwork around it. Common services include home sales, mortgages, settlement services, relocation, property management for landlords, and commercial leasing. Businesses in Erie may focus on different kinds of property, so ask an agent which types of homes or buildings they handle most often and whether they work with buyers, sellers, or both. Before you commit, check that the agent is licensed in Pennsylvania and ask for a written list of fees.
