Colorado Railbike Adventures

Colorado Railbike Adventures runs guided railbike tours on the historic Boulder Valley Mine route, a 4.2 mile trip on the rails of Colorado's second oldest railroad line. Rides include a classic daytime tour, sunset departures, weekday morning rides with open seating, and seasonal Haunted History and Christmas trips with a shorter two mile route. A Rails and Ales sunset ride stops at The Old Mine Factory for optional snacks and drinks, and July 3rd and 4th departures are timed for Erie's fireworks.

Rides are booked online, and gift cards are sold for use on any future ride. The business is run by a local family and also rents its space for events and group outings. It is located at 4121 County Road 3 in Erie, where the company tells the story of Erie's coal train history.
