Mount Joy Gift & Thrift

Mount Joy Gift & Thrift is a not-for-profit thrift shop selling donated women's, men's and children's clothing, housewares and decor, toys, stuffed animals, holiday items, antiques and vintage pieces. Proceeds support the relief, development and peace projects of Mennonite Central Committee, and the store runs a silent auction alongside its regular sales floor.

Most of the work is done by about 165 volunteers, and the shop is dependent on donated saleable items from the community. Donations can be dropped off without an appointment during donation hours, and the store receives new merchandise six days a week. The shop is at 3141 Mount Joy Road in Mount Joy, with an expanded parking area and a drive-through donation drop-off.
