VIA 313 is a pizzeria serving genuine Detroit-style pizza, baked in steel pans with cheese spread to the edges for a crisp, golden crust. Menu items include the Detroiter with smoked pepperoni under the cheese, the Bobo Brazil with hot calabrese and hot honey, the Cadillac with prosciutto and gorgonzola, and a gluten-free vegan crust option. The menu also includes salads, appetizers, desserts, and craft cocktails and local beers.

The company was founded in 2011 by brothers Brandon and Zane Hunt, who started out of a small trailer on East 6th and Waller in Detroit. Dough rests in refrigerators for one to two days before baking, and the sauce goes on just before the pizza is served. Gift cards are sold online, and the website also offers catering orders and a happy hour menu. The Centennial location is in the Park Meadows area at 9595 E County Line Rd, Suite C.
