Mr. W Fireworks

Mr. W Fireworks sells consumer fireworks from stands and indoor Super Stores across Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma. Its lineup runs from family assortments and 200 and 500 gram cakes to artillery shells, fountains, Roman candles, sparklers and novelty items for kids. The company traces its start to a single stand on US Highway 90 outside San Antonio in 1963.

The Elmendorf location is on Interstate 37 South. The company is family operated, with a third generation now involved, and it has long partnered with churches and faith-based groups, who run stands or staff stores to raise money for mission trips, youth projects and repairs. Mr. W Fireworks also sells a seasonal merch collection and posts job openings on its site.
