Prostart Construction

ProStart Construction is a general contractor in Otsego that does residential and commercial construction, with a focus on roofing and storm-related projects. Its core work includes roofing, siding, soffit and fascia, and windows and gutters, and the company says it uses PVC-coated soffit and fascia that can be matched to a home's existing colors.

Much of the business centers on helping homeowners through storm insurance claims. The team works directly with insurance representatives from the first damage assessment through the final walk-through, and staff use Xactimate, EagleView and AccuLynx. Commercial roofing clients include property managers, agents and brokers. The company reports over 30 years of experience and a crew that uses dump trailers instead of dumpsters, so job sites stay clean. Calls go to 763-276-1060.
