JB Sod & Land Management

JB Sod & Land Management handles sod installation, land clearing, grading and site preparation, forestry mulching, and boulder walls and stairs. Sod work is the core of the business, with grading and drainage work often done first to prepare a yard. Forestry mulching clears brush and small trees in one pass without hauling or burning, and the mulch left behind breaks down into the soil. Recent projects on the site include boulder stairs and walls along the Mississippi River and a driveway build in Isanti.

Free estimates are offered, and the company also does delivery. Jaz Brodzinski is listed as the owner. Customers can request a quote through the website or call the office. The business is based on Queen Street NW in Elk River, and the office hours are on the listing.
