K7W Deck Building

K7W Deck Builders designs and builds new wood and composite decks, and handles repairs on existing decks. Common jobs include replacing rotten boards and fixing unstable railings, along with staining, painting and refinishing for wood decks. Power washing is offered to remove dirt, mold and mildew before a refinish. Pressure-treated lumber and composite decking are both available, and the team helps owners weigh budget and style when choosing materials.

Most projects start with a site visit and measurements, followed by a custom design, permit work with local authorities, framing and final surface installation. Quotes are described as fair and transparent, and new decks carry a 7 year warranty on installation and craftsmanship. The office is in Elk Grove Village, and the crew works across several northwest suburbs, including Arlington Heights and Barrington. The company keeps weekday hours and is closed on weekends.
