Foundation Stone Wellness

Foundation Stone Wellness is a residential somatic mental health retreat that combines evidence-based therapy and nervous system work with individualized treatment planning. The program addresses trauma, personality presentations, grief, anxiety, burnout and depression, with psychiatry and therapy integrated into each client's clinical plan. Families can take part in structured education about diagnoses and long-term support.

Stays are private and luxury-oriented, with IV therapy, massage, acupuncture, chef-prepared meals, a pool, sauna, yoga and a cold plunge pool available as part of treatment. Programs run in stages, from stabilization through a Two-Week R&R option and alumni support afterward. The retreat is in Elgin, Texas, on North Highway 95, and the main line is open for admissions questions.
