Kammes Colorworks

Kammes Colorworks is a family-owned cabinet painting and refinishing company that focuses on kitchen cabinets rather than general painting. Its work centers on a dust-free, in-home sanding process and a detailed prep stage before top coats, with trim upgrades, grain filling and hardware and hinge updates available on request.

The company plans projects carefully and says it does not overbook, so scheduled dates hold. Estimates and communication are handled largely by email, and the owner, Lenny Kammes, is the main contact. Its office is at 196 Farmview Rd. in Elburn, Illinois, and the site mentions a project planning page and a photo gallery for reviewing past work.
