Fox Valley Home Source

Connect Realty, led by agent Cheryl Petti, helps buyers and sellers across the Fox Valley find and sell homes. Searches cover Geneva, Batavia, Elburn, St. Charles and Wayne, and owners can request a home value estimate before deciding to list.

Cheryl was born and raised in the Chicagoland area and lives in Geneva, where she raised her three children. She describes her approach as built on honesty, sincerity and integrity, and she works with first-time buyers as well as people planning their next move. The office is in Geneva, and buyers can ask about mortgage pre-qualification through the site.
