Every Heart Dreams Counseling

Every Heart Dreams Counseling is a therapy practice in El Dorado Hills that works with children, teens, young adults, adults, couples, and families on trauma and its effects on relationships. Its integrated trauma approach draws on DBT, EMDR, Brainspotting, IFS, and trauma-informed yoga, with an individualized plan built around each person's experiences. Common concerns include depression and anxiety, suicidal thoughts, self-injury, relationship conflict, and growing up with emotionally immature parents.

Sessions are offered in person in El Dorado Hills and online for clients elsewhere in California. Several clinicians work at the practice, including Erinn Everhart, the clinical director and owner, along with Kasey Cope and Andrew Spaulding. Parents can be seen alongside their children or teens, and a free 15-minute consultation is available before starting work together.
