Maverik Electric

Maverik Electric is a family-owned electrical contractor serving homes and commercial properties in El Cajon and San Diego County. Work covers recessed lighting upgrades, residential panel upgrades, ceiling fan and light fixture installation, flat panel TV mounting, and troubleshooting electrical problems at their source. The company also handles low-voltage wiring such as structured cable, doorbell cameras and smart thermostats.

Owners Matt and Meghan Meyer run the business, and Matt, a licensed electrician, handles much of the hands-on work after ten years as a journeyman and foreman with a large San Diego County contractor. Free estimates are offered, and larger projects such as new office wiring or ADU work are quoted after you email project details. Weekday hours run from early morning to mid-afternoon, with weekend work by appointment. The shop is at 11505 Oralane Drive in El Cajon.
