Air Temperature Specialists

Air Temperature Specialists is a locally owned contractor handling HVAC, hot water and plumbing for commercial properties and multifamily communities. Its work includes rooftop units, splits and commercial AC repair, replacement and preventive maintenance, along with boilers, water heaters, leaks, slab leaks, drains, sewers and gas lines. Temporary boiler rentals are offered for properties that lose hot water, installed and serviced by its own technicians.

Property managers, HOAs and commercial owners make up most of its customers, and it offers optional maintenance plans. A live person answers calls around the clock, including nights and weekends, and technicians arrive with stocked trucks. The company is based on North Johnson Avenue in El Cajon and also keeps a shop in Temecula, serving most of Southern California.
