Wilmes Construction LLC

Wilmes Construction LLC is a residential construction and remodeling company serving the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota. Its work covers basements and interior remodels, kitchens and bathrooms, decks and outdoor builds, additions, and new construction, with architecture and design available as part of the process. Tom Wilmes founded the company in 2007, and past clients often mention his straightforward communication and steady pace on jobs such as load-bearing wall removals and basement finishing.

The company is locally owned and works with experienced subcontractors, and it offers design-build service for clients who want one team handling design and construction. Office hours are weekdays, and estimates are free of pressure and customized to each project. Clients can reach the team by phone or email to talk through a project before work begins.
