Mercury Excelum

Mercury Excelum makes exterior building products, including replacement and new construction windows, storm windows and storm doors, vinyl fencing and railing, and siding. The company began in 1953 as a maker of aluminum storm windows and storm doors and has since widened its line into vinyl windows and fence and railing products.

The products are made at the company's facility in East Windsor, Connecticut, and shipped to installers and retailers from the Hudson Valley and Westchester County up through New England. Most work reaches homeowners through a contractor, and orders can be sent by email or through customer service. The company is run by the third generation of its founding family.
