Manuel Labor, Inc.

Manuel Labor, Inc. is a general contractor that focuses on residential and commercial roofing, managing and overseeing roof replacements and repairs. The company does not perform the physical installation itself; it works with a hand-selected network of independent, licensed and insured roofing contractors under its own supervision. Owner Manny Gomes also takes on siding, gutters, decks, skylight installation and rot repair.

Homeowners can get Owens Corning and CertainTeed shingle options, underlayment and ventilation products through the company, and financing is available. The company says it coordinates work to meet local building codes. Owner Manny Gomes handles the projects directly and keeps clients updated from start to finish, and Sandra Gomes manages billing and records.
