Perdue Pavement Solutions

Perdue Pavement Solutions is a parking lot maintenance company in East Peoria that has worked across central Illinois since 1999. Its core work is sealcoating, crack sealing and parking lot repair, with asphalt paving, street sweeping and commercial concrete also on the list. Property managers and businesses make up much of its customer base.

Jobs start with a free estimate, and the company offers pavement management planning for owners who want to schedule work over several years. Founder Doug Perdue started the business doing mostly residential driveways. Today it runs a fleet of trucks and an office staffed for scheduling, and an account manager walks customers through each project. The office is in East Peoria.
