Ro's Plumbing LLC

Ro's Plumbing LLC is a licensed plumbing company covering residential work from leak detection and clogged drains to water heater installs and replacements, sump pumps, water filtration and softeners, bathroom and kitchen plumbing, and well services. The company also handles remodeling-related plumbing and sewer camera inspections and repairs.

The business is based in East Hartford and serves a long list of towns across the Hartford area and eastern Connecticut. Customers book appointments by phone or through the website, and the company says it texts appointment reminders the day before and again before the technician arrives. Pricing and options are presented before work starts, and labor carries a one-year warranty. Financing is available through a third-party lender, and payment is accepted by cash, check or credit card.
