ANF Fitness

ANF Fitness runs group strength and metabolic training classes built around scientifically designed workouts, with HYROX-style training added to the lineup. Iron Strength classes focus on building lean muscle and burning fat, while Accelerator Metabolic Functional Fitness classes use methods such as Tabata, HIIT, AMRAP and EMOM. Nutrition counseling is available and individualized to each person's eating habits and goals.

The first class is free and requires no contract or commitment. Strength classes meet Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and metabolic or cardio classes meet Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. The gym has locations in East Granby and Enfield, with the main office on South Turkey Hills Road in East Granby. The coaching team includes nationally certified coaches, and the owner, Kate, took full ownership in 2023.
