The story

Rattle Run Golf Club is an 18-hole course in China Township, designed in 1977 by Lou Powers and renovated more recently. It plays 6,900 yards from the back tees and has 78 bunkers, with water hazards winding through 15 of its 18 holes, so it challenges experienced players. Newer golfers can still enjoy the dramatic elevation changes typical of the northern Michigan area.

Tee times can be booked online, and the club runs golf outings and leagues along with an eClub membership program. It also has an online shop. Golfers come for the wildlife, rivers and tree-lined fairways as much as the play itself.
