Verity Medicine

Verity Primary Medicine & Lifestyle is a direct primary care practice that pairs traditional family medicine with a lifestyle medicine approach. Physicians diagnose and treat most health issues in the office, and the practice also offers group learning sessions on topics like healthy eating, stress relief and musculoskeletal health, plus cooking demonstrations. Dr. Lori Carnsew founded the practice after years of frustration with insurance paperwork and short visits.

Patients pay a membership fee rather than billing insurance. Members can contact their doctor directly, with same-day sick visits typically available, and membership covers office visits, in-house lab testing, spirometry, physicals and after-hours email access to the physician. The office is at Old Market Square on South Pendleton Street in Easley, with weekday hours and a phone line for new patients.
