Raya's Hot Kitchen

Raya's Hot Kitchen serves Thai and Vietnamese dishes built around its house specials, including Pad Thai with tamarind sauce, Thai Spicy Basil stir-fries with a choice of spice level, and build-your-own bowls with lemongrass chicken, grilled pork, or caramelized shrimp over jasmine rice, vermicelli or salad. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free stir-fries are on the menu too, along with spring rolls, chicken satay and potstickers.

Orders can be placed online or by phone at the restaurant. The kitchen is open for weekday lunch and dinner and runs longer hours on weekends, and there is a kids menu. Raya's is in the Folger Avenue area of Easley, South Carolina.
